Final Submission Reference¶
This page provides a concise verification-oriented index for the final release of Stat'sTheGame.
It does not replace the normal product, architecture, testing or deployment documentation. Those sections remain the primary explanation of the system. This page brings together the final release-specific evidence and verification material that is most useful when reviewing the completed project.
Documented reviewer entry points¶
These are the repository's documented submission-facing URLs, not independently verified final-release deployment evidence. Issue #810 must confirm the final approved revisions, availability and smoke-test results before submission.
- Web application: Stat'sTheGame
- Interactive API Explorer: API Explorer
- Backend API health: Health endpoint
- Public documentation: Documentation site
- Authoritative project repository: Gitea repository
The asynchronous worker has internal-only ingress and deliberately has no public reviewer URL. Its verified deployment revision and health evidence belong to #810.
Final review path¶
| Review area | Primary reference |
|---|---|
| Product capabilities and public API | Product & API |
| Architecture, database and security | Architecture, Data & Security |
| Final database implementation state | Final Database Audit |
| Final API implementation state | Final API Audit |
| Automated testing, coverage and performance | Testing & Quality |
| Final technical verification procedures | Final System Verification Bank |
| Deployment and CI/CD | Deployment & CI/CD |
| Project and Git methodology | Methodology |
| Formal user-testing outcomes | User Testing Overview |
| Requirements and rubric traceability | Final Requirements and Rubric Traceability |
| Project records and retained evidence | Project Records & Evidence |
| Independent final submission evidence re-audit | Issue #808 final findings and handoff |
For the recorded final-test results, use the Final Execution Summary rather than treating the verification procedures alone as passing evidence. For final human-testing coverage, outcomes and outstanding acceptance items, see Sprint 4 Final User Testing. Neither page should be interpreted as final release approval while statuses remain pending.
Verification principle¶
Final-release claims should be based on retained implementation, test, deployment or user-facing evidence rather than on issue or Pull Request state alone.
Where a final check has not yet been completed, the relevant page should record that state explicitly instead of presenting an intended or historical result as current verification.
The detailed verification bank is intentionally retained as a complete execution reference. This page is the shorter entry point for reviewers who need to understand where the relevant evidence is located.
Final Milestone 4 release-readiness record¶
The #810 release-readiness ledger{ target="blank" rel="noopener" } is the release-owner's dated record of the 13 final-issue acceptance criteria, independent #808 audit integration, actual Gitea quality and coverage jobs, live Azure backend/worker revisions, Cloudflare deployment/public smoke and retained known limitations. The final submission tag is named final-submission by the repository's Git methodology and is created from main _after the closing documentation PR merges; this page does not claim it already exists. This record supplements, rather than replaces, the specialist test and human-testing evidence above.
AI declaration: The #810 release-readiness navigation and final tag boundary were drafted with assistance from ChatGPT-Web[GPT-6].
Known limitations and final-release checks¶
The authoritative final status of partial, non-implemented and out-of-scope capabilities is maintained in the Final Requirements and Rubric Traceability.
Before the release is tagged for submission, the team should also confirm:
- the released commit SHA;
- the deployed frontend, backend and worker revisions;
- the final required CI and smoke-test result;
- the final disposition of unresolved user-testing findings;
- any remaining known technical or product limitations; and
- that the documentation accurately reflects the released implementation.
These checks are release verification activities. They should not be marked complete until the corresponding evidence has been observed or retained.
Detailed and historical material¶
Long-form architecture records, original planning material, operational recovery notes, testing procedures and other supporting records remain available through Reference & Historical Records.
This preserves the full development record without requiring those pages to occupy the primary product-documentation path.
AI Declaration¶
The final-submission documentation index and review structure were planned and drafted with the assistance of ChatGPT-Web[GPT-5.6 Sol].
